Downhaul tension on the RAMs .... I have two comparison benchmarks ....
1. With my Power XT using just the double-pulley system, I can comfortably downhaul my 9.0 down to 6.8 RAMs - but it takes a fairly firm push on the XT lever. It works fine with the double-pulley so I have bothered using the standard triple pulley method with my Power XT.
2. Downhauling by hand with a screwdriver for comfort takes about 95% of my max effort - although note that this effort is using the dodgy XT extension with the dodgy 'sawing across the pulley' problem which I haven't fully resolved yet! Check the other thread
