I agree with PG.
I weigh the same as you and used to sail a 2001 Carve 99 (60 cm wide). The only time it was hard to uphaul and shlog was when the wind died but the chop / waves were still big. It was definitely comfortable with a 6.6. I sometimes rode it with a 7.5 but that wasn't ideal. I actually used a 40 cm fin on it sometimes, which worked ok with the outboard footstrap positions. I think you could be reasonably comfortable on the 101 with a 38 cm fin and the 7.3. Of course the most fun way to ride the board was with inboard straps in the back for jumping and a moderately sized fin in the low 30s cm range.
