Hi "Mediator":
100% sure...... no!
That's why I sent off a personal email to the IT folks at
Starboard HQ.
When they get back to me, then I'll be 100% sure, one way or the other.

By the way, "Mediator" does not seem to be "registered".
Perhaps there's a clue in that fact alone.
