I don't consider myself lightweight (86-88kg), but I really think some heavyweights should chime in with the advice....
I have an iSonic122 for sails 7.3-9.0, but that's a sinker at your weight. The choice between 133 and 144 will depend on the fact do you need extra float (slogging etc) versus top speed/control. Since you used to sail your old raceboard (134lit) and have a larger board (Formula), I'd say go for a 133.
