Hi Jp-,

In what kind of conditions are you going to be sailing with the flare?

What is your sailing ability?

As for you questions:

The 106 is a bit thinner then the 111. BUT the 106 acelarate better then the 111. is feels smaller because you have a bit less thickness but as you know we have change the design so it will be a diffrent board then the 08 111.

The 106 is the same width and lengt as the 99 flare 08, During the photoshoot in Maui I was on the flare 106 with a northsails 5.8 natural freeride sail and the wind was 25-30 knots and the board felt just fine, it doesn't feel that big and control it was easy, the new shape makes the board light under your feet.

The fin I have tested with this 106board is:
STARFISH CHOCO fin, 18 22cm
