I've had both F101 and iS101. The F101 is much softer and easier in rough water. But if you don't need to use smaller sails than 6.5, then the iS101 is still manageable even for a non slalom specialist like me (70kg). The more you sail the iS boards, the harder you can charge them in jibes and stuff too. And given your liking of the iS122 and the feel it produces I would say iS101 is the way to go.
