Hi,

For some reason I can't start a new thread on this forum so I thought I'd ask a question about the new isonics here. I have a isonic 125 and would like to remove (cut out) the metal bar near the front of the mast track (which I believe is used to hold a leash of some sort). I want the full range of the mast track. Is there any downside to taking out this bar?
