Hi madspaniard,

I know if I develop a bad attitude, for whatever reason, I can be strongly outspoken and difficult. I guess Duracell is having one of those days. I understand his frustration. The hard part is trying to rein in the frustration and more positively express myself. Sometimes its a formidible challenge that I struggle with.
