Hi Giorgo,

For the footstraps, try all in the back for the back one and in the middle for the front one.
Boom height should be around eyes height and harness line adjustable and need to be more longer.
Fin can be a problem, please sand all your Drake fin with 600 gr until you take off the Drake sign.
