I believe that you need to register your board with the retail shop where you purchased it.
The retail shop, in turn, is supposed to register it with the distributor they work under.
The national distributor is supposed to register it with Starboard HQ.
There used to be a registration link on the website, but I have not seen it lately and
I think it's probably better to have a "paper trail" for any warranty issues.
All warranty issues must go up the same route (I.E. Retailer/dealer..... Distributor..... Starboard HQ).
I will check with the SB HQ IT guys and see if the link has been removed or simply is not working.
