Hi Nonopr,
On the iSonic 121 is all in the back for flat water (we add one more insert in the back compare to 2009 for tall racers and heavy to get more speed) but if you like the position from 2009 just put them in the middle.
For the 131 is the same position as last year and personally i prefer all in the back for the back footstraps and in the middle for the front one.
