the 122 will be perfect with the 7,5. Would recommend fins with 42 to 44cm.
The 9,5 is big for the board and your weight. Not the best choice, but you can sail, but you should use a bigger fin. For the 9,5 the 133 or even 144 would be nice.
With 122 plus 7,5 ou can sail in a lot of wind.
9,5 plus 122 is not the best idea out of my view. I used an 8,8 plus the 122, have around 85 kg. This combo was nice. But 9,5 has probably more weight ...
You should test it out and perhaps you will like it.

Overall the 122 has a wide windrange and you can put a 7,0 on the board as well. Would say the best working sizes are 7,5 to 8,5.
