I have the possibility of buying a 2009 Futura 93 in Wood or Technora and the Technora one is 150 euros cheaper. The difference in weight is only 300 grams... which really isn't much.

On the water, is there really a noticeable difference in speed/early planing/high end control with the Wood construction over the Technora?

Can anyone who has tested both make any comments?
