I don't think you need a vacuum bag if you use the 3M peal and stick eva pads. I did'nt have to use a vacuum bag when I did my superlight I just used contact cement and a J-roller and a rolling pin and rolled over the pad to make sure it got stuck down well and no air bubbles under it (also used wax paper under the new pad to get everything in position and then slowly removed the wax paper until I got it all down on the deck. Once the contact cement touched each other it's not coming back up unless the surface is'nt preped correctly. Also helped put a new pad on a stand-up board and it was just peal and stick it down. Then rolled over it with a wooden dowel just to make sure its down. Hpoe this helps! Mike
