I was also very interested by this board,

unfortunately Starboard will not manufacture the Phantom 320 in PVC carbon, only in tufskin, as Rémi indicated,

However I have a Phantom 320 2009 in tufskin, and I can assure you it is really great despite a little bit of excess weight. I ordered a 2010 model and I expect it will be even better by all standards, notably a little bit lighter (no pads, light footstraps), despite 60 liters of added volume.
