I think it is a question of skills (waterstarting, jibes, etc, and also about the venue you are sailing. Another question is what you would like to be the crossover sail size in your 2-board quiver. When do you want to switch to a smaller board?

If you have waterstarts dialled I would not hesitate to recommend something in the 95 liter range, a Futura or a Kode depending on what style of sailing you want to do in higher winds. Bigger boards will just be very bumpy at your weight when the wind picks up.

If your highwind sailing is anyhow based on waterstarts, then the +23 liters of for example the Futura 93 will be plenty to perform an uphaul to save yourself from swimming. But the volume is too small if you don't waterstart...
