Hi there.
Yes I´agree that most of the brands recommends to big sails as the upper limit (Fanatics for example).
BUT:
With my Ezzy freeride 8,0, I´m sailng with a very high degre of a comfortable possition with the rig, feet and the body.
But I think its important to a sail with a typical "power forward" sail as Ezzy sails. Here in the south of Sweden we have to use weedfins. The weedfins have a bigger area related to the depth of the fin. May be its therefor it will function so well.
Interesting if anybody can discuss a bit.
