Docgr, Although as my good mate ULF pointed out that I'm slightly heavier than you, good tuning, is good tuning. Your strap positions are spot on, fin size correct. Base I would use reccomended, or back -1cm at max. Boom would be in the middle of the cutout at least for a RSR. If your sail is in the water all the time, move harness lines back, esp front one. Also check downhaul, you may have too much on. Aside from this, if you are using this combo in very light winds, say 10 knots, a bigger fin will help as well, say a 42/43.
