Anyway too wide question, but pheraphs on a wide board I'd start with a cheap dacron school sail like the one I've just bought used on ebay.de for my girlfriend, 20 euro + 7-8 of shipping. Superlight and easy to use on various types of masts.
Decathlon boom for beginners, no extension, cut down at about 180 cm, 20 euro at local Trocathlon market, 70 euro +shipping for an used Fiberspar Breeze mast. Almost he lightest and cheapest rig ever seen, if my girlfriend doesn't start windsurfing with it my attempts are over...
