I don't understand. Why do I have to fill in a Warranty Claim form for something that clearly seems to have been Starboard's fault? It's seems like an awful lot of hassle and paperwork to get something done that should have been done in the first place at the factory or with whom ever assembled the boards prior to shipping. I'll contact my local retailer and let them deal with it!
