Like Remi said the Futura and iSonic are very different boards. From 5.7 to 4.7 I use the Futura. It is by far my favourite board for offshore speed blasting and performing speed jumps off chop. You couldn't do that with the iSonic and if you could it would be hair raising stuff. I just bought the 2012 Futura 93 carbon model and again this is my 3rd Futura and compared to the previous wood versions I had, this is a lot more responsive, great in the air but very very hard and again like on the iSonic 97 I set the back footsraps forward and the front footstraps all the way back. (Best of both worlds ha ha).
