MBTF..I'd go the 71 at your weight, especially if mainly for the canaries.
VAN.A 71 wil carry a 5.3 no worries. Have done it a lot in the past, and I'm 84kg's, although Ideally I'd be jumping onto something bigger with a 5.3.
But it'll definitely be handling it.
