It's definitely more than 76 liters. If I remember correctly, it is 80 l. My spots have the same type of chop, it is an excellent choice for these conditions, and s.o. your weight should plane in 15 kn. with a 6.3. IMHO it is one of the best boards Starboard have ever made (I own two of these, for 2 very choppy spots in 2 different countries). I do not like to rig bigger than 6.3 on this board. Go for it, you won't regret it, but try it first, because I know many people who didn't like it, and sold it after sailing it a few times. Apparently, in 2009 there was an issue with a Cobra mould that was not according to Starboard's specs, so test it before you buy it.
