RE: Fitness training for FW
The last year winter at the begining I did 2 months strength training (series of 3-4 x 10-12) and later 2 moths more cardio with more endurance training (3 x 15 and more).
Winter traininng I use for rebuilding balance between muscles that work on FW and opposite muscles. Also now I pay more attention to calf and interribs for more control in heavy conditions.
I'm weekend FW racer.
