i can really recommend the PA 86! The conditions you described are exactly those where i use my PA86 most - and it is a great board. It is not only the 'classical' down-the-line' wave board ( i can not talk too much about this
...) but the perfect high wind B&J board. I love it!
I am 95 kg and use it witt 5.4/4.7/4.2 NP Search, from 5 to 8+ bft.
no beats me in speed and control, so far ....
