If I was you, I would immediately contact your dealer about the problem. Given the fact the board is new and appears to be reflecting a problem of this nature, it's very likely that the situation will quickly get worse with time and it will undoubtedly lead to a major delamination. At minimum, it's always good to get on record when something isn't right.
I had this type of problem with two of my boards, but it took quite a few years to develop. In both cases, an injection of epoxy through the deck helped sustain the viability of the boards.
