Default surfing the gemini

I've been looking at the gemini for a while now and it seems like a lot of fun. However, i can't get my head around the technique a team should use for tacking and jibing ... i mean, if two sailors use respectively lets say a 6.5 and a 7.5 m² sail, or bigger even, with a width of resp about 1.95 m and 2.20m how would the rear surfer jibe without being blocked by the frontman who is jibing aswell and vica versa for a tack? ... or does the one have to tack/jibe before the other or ... how does it work?
I've never tried tandem surfing but SB does make it appealing to try someday... Has anybody done tandem, or better yet the gemini? Or are there by any chance some action pictures of clips of it? That would be cool, cuz i've been wondering for some time now...

cheers
