Replace Barrel Nut?

Hi Roger - hope you are feeling better.

Quick question - can I punch out the barrel nut in a deep tuttle fin and insert another one?

I've stripped the front barrel nut on my 70cm drake.

I have a barrel nut from the original 64cm fin that I don't like to use.
