early planing-spin out?

hi I surf with my carve 162 on a lake in these condision:wind 8-12 knots and wave flat-chop.I have 2 sails a v8(8m) and an old naish stealth 9,6.with the original fin I have many spin out and I use a 70 cm race fin.what can I do for early planing maybe a isonic a futura or a bigger sail?I am 1,92 and 94 kilos.can I use bigger sail on my carve and these fin(70cm)?please help.
