OK, then Crossover 30 then. =)
By the way Drake is G10 but 2 times more expensive than MFC Cross. Last edited by kimax; 24th January 2008 at 07:25 PM. |

Ola H,
you have used a 7.0m on the Kombat 95/96/97? I have a 7.0 north natural for use on my carve 131, but was curious whether I could try it on my Kombat 96 ?? (i have a MFC freewave 28cm fin). max recommended sail size on the Kombat 96 is 6.5m. I weigh 78kg. |

Hi Mitchiedog, do you like you MFC fin? Does it make good upwind?
(There is no 30cm Drake on stock at my closest dealer, but there is MFC...) |

Mitchiedog, have you tried your MFC freewave in freeride mode (footstraps back and out) with 6.0 sail?

Kimax the 28 MFC freewave is a good fin, good upwind, but Ive not had it in freeride mode with the straps out (always centre rear strap) and the largest sail ive used is 5.7. You might want the 30cm version.

mitchiedog, yes I'm about 30cm or even 32cm... but need to know is it good for freeride mode. MFC positions it as a freestyle-wave fin... nothing about freeride...

I have written question to mauifin.com "For a personalized fin suggestion CLICK HERE." but now answer in two days... =) Then I'll wait until Drake is available at my dealer.
