new2008 go 155

i actually use a 3year old go 170
i saw new go and i am considerind to eventually buy a new go 155
this because i would like to have something a little shorter(i could carry it inside my car) and lighter?(maybe not tomuch better).
considering that i am an old saylor(64jo)and intermediate i have some doubt about my capacity to run a board like the 155 instead of the 170
what i like to have as a suggestion is:why should i spend money to change the 170 for the new 155 go:are enough improving factor to justify an investment in this direction
