Streamlied Extension & North Base Compatibility

I have am using the North Race Base (the one with the white cup) which has the euro pin type connection.

Is this compatible with the Streamlined Redline Extension Euro Pin?

In theory it sounds like it should be ... but sometimes there are small differences with these components.
