Are there any Windsurfing only Holiday Destinations?

I and a group of friends are looking for a windsurfing only holiday destination, we hate windsurfing near people that kitesurf, who take up so much room and make it dangerous for us. We are prepared to pay a financial premium to holdiay in a windsurf only area. Do such places exists?
