Carve 122 or 133?

It seems like the cavre line has two different shapes, those that are greater than and including 133 and 122 and below.
The reason for the question is that I am looking for a 125-130L board that is moderatly easy to sail with performance. Perhaps perfomance winning out over ease but do not want to ride a rodeo horse. The conditions I would be sailing in would be in medium winds on fresh water and the odd jump might be taken

plus I am 75-80 kgs who can beach start but still learning water starts, and can jybe but not smoothly.

so which one of these boards should I get and what is the main differnce within the carve line between the different volumes? Also, is this years carve faster then last years?
