Right now I'm looking at a good deal for a new '02 Diva wood at 156 liters. Mainly, I'm considering going into formula for those quite common days with winds under 15 m.p.h. I'm trying to keep the cost down as I will have to also buy a mast, boom, 2 sails and a roof rack.

Actually, I failled to mention that this would be a board for my wife. We would have to go into the lighter wind sailing together which consequently means such a large investment in kit.

Hi Wsguy,
You have another solution that will be cheaper, faster and more durable than this board : The F 160 Tufskin who is valid for Formula Windsurfing event and absolute perfect for Formula Experience event. http://www.star-board.com/viewpage.php?page_id=41 All the best
