Best base & extention available?

Hi all,

I intend to change my bases and extentions (no carbon) to the system with best longterm durability and safety. Because of regularly sailing in very cold water 100% error free funktioning is essential. I tend to go with streamlined red line with us-cup and two bold system but I am not sure about two issues:

- is it compatibility with my Neilpryde X9 Wave masts which I will continue to use for a while
- is there any unintentional "autorelease" of the deckplate

Any advice and alternative suggestions are very wellcome!
