Do 2009 isonics require smaller fins than 2008?

I would like to know if I should take smaller fins for 2009 isonic in comparison to 2008 models?

There are wingers now, and tails are narrower (1-2cm)...Can we assume that ideal fins are now 1-2cm smaller then on 2008 isonics?
