New Formula Experience or secondhand Formula 161 2007?

All greetings! I face to a choice what to get... New Formula Experience for $1080 or secondhand Formula 161 2007 for $1600? Interestingly your opinion.
It is a little about itself: I Beginner . Used a season on JP FREERIDE 159 with a sail 9,5. This board has appeared not the best for our light breezes. A board has sold, the sail has left. More often at us blows 6-12 kts, time 2-3 one summer prior to 30 kts. And planing it would be desirable:-)
