fin bolts

hi,
I have a deboichet r 13 s fin and am about to get a starboard formula 160. The question is what kind of finbolts should I buy. What length? Material?
I am probably going to remove the fin after every session for storage purposes, what kind of bolt heads would make frequent unscrewing easier?
