fin and uj placement for the 2010 flare

hi
just wondering on any advice for uj and fin placement on the board?
what works for you guys out there?

im realitivly light at 65kgs

my usual set up is uj a cm back from recommended
and fin right at the front. with the leading edge in line with the back of the back foot strap.

Hi there,

The best strap positions is:

Front strap foot: in the center section

Back strap foot: in the center section.

fin all the way in the back or you can adjust it by sliding it a bit in the center of the fin box.

The setup i use mostly with 5.2 and 4.8 sails.

got another question for you. what fins do you use? and what size?
at the moment i just cut mine down, would you notice much difference in performance from a cut down fin to a proper freestyle fin?

Hi There,

I use on the flare 88 16 or 15 cm choco fins.

Flare 98 16, 18 cm fins

I proper fin could work better.
