Walter,

I am not trying to change your mind, but LK's comments make some sense.

Also, at your weight, and since "uphauling isn't your thing", it will not be easy for you to uphaul either 111. There will be water over much of the deck, plus very slight movements of the feet will sink either the nose or tail when pulling the sail out of the water. Also, the iS 111 dosn't slog well (below 5 knots). It wants to head up and it takes focus to keep it on a beam reach.

The above comments relate to fresh water and not sea water. If you are in the ocean, then things will be slightly better than I describe.

All this means is that you have to work on your light wind skills.
