prob with Kode 68 WC

I got a kode 68 wc for 1 years and since 3 monthes my board have "cracks" between straps and next to "mast insert".
The first time I went to show this to my reseller, he said that it seems to be a well know problem on the first Kode 68.

So we send it back to the importater. And 5 or 6 weeks later he bring my board back. He said that he didn 't see anything...

I have photos, I can explain how to reproduce it : you need to use it in a wet environnement ...

So my question is : How can we pass through the importer to speak with Starboard ?
