hi,
what is the smallest sail size the isonic 2009/2010 101 can handle? On the futura 101 I found that a 6.2 is ok, 5.4 is to small. Me: 90 kg, 1.90m, advanced level. The board under the I101 is a sonic85 and this board usually takes the MKII 6.2, but I also like a board with enough volume that can be combined with the MKII 6.2 on winter days or when the wind is unstable. So can the RS Slalom MKII 6.2 be combined with the isonic 101 at my weight? |

I used older is101 2007 all the way down to 5.5 and it was very nice to ride in chop with decent speed for slalom racing. is86 is faster but more technical and harder to gybe in chop.
I don't know about newer is101 with 5.5, but I guess that 6.2 would be great on those boards. |

I used deboichet sl4 34 with 5.5 and sometimes with 6.7 also. It is just a great fin!
But my is101 is older and narrower in the tail. |
