Hello,
I want to buy a new board and I'm in doubt between the Formula Experience 160 and the GO 155. (I used to sail in a Viper Fanatic with 8,5 m2 sail.) I have 83 kg and 5.7 ft tall, I sail in an average wind condition about 15 knts, and I want good planning and speed. Pretend to still use a 8,5m2 sail. Please, what do you recommend ? Tks |

At your weight I would go for a smaller board than the Formula Exp or the Go 155.
I would probably go for a Go 133 or 122 depending on your level as these will give you much more top end speed. What board you get depends a lot on your current skill level.

If you want early plaining and better upwind/downwind angles, formula experience with
70 cm fin will be better; If you sailing mainly on the reach, GO would work well |
