My kid has been sailing for 2 seasons and he is doing well. He is 9 and i want to take him to places that have more wind but the chop makes it frustrating to uphaul and thought learning to water start would be great.
I worked on it last weekend and there was some success with a fair bit of pushing from me. I would appreciate any tips/strategies for the instruction and practice of water start. I am planning on trying some drills like partially lowering back into the water like a reverse water start but any help appreciated |
