Default Warranty procedure


i would like to ask what is the procedure for asking a claim with a warranty of a board.

my importer says that the board must be seen by his repair guy and if he says ok he will ask for claim otherwise he just does the repair and that's it.

the board has a serious crack peripheral of the finbox and a delamination-crack between the 2 left straps.

does anyone know who is in charge for this on Starboard so i can maybe talk directly to him????
