Hi Team, I'm having problems fitting my Drake tuttle fin into an Isonic finbox. The board is 2005-6 and the fin is second hand with a chip out of the top leading edge of the part that fits into the box.
The fin is not flush and is causing spin out issues. I've tried the soap and file method. Progress is slow. How should the fin fit? Should it push in until it's flush with the board? Should it push in 95% and then the extra 5 % when the screws are tightened? |
