Isonic 97 or 107

Dear Team,
My weight is 68 Kg and are using Blade 7.8/7.0/6.3
60% using the 7.8 on a Isonic111 (2010 Wood)
To replace the Isonic what would be the best choice: the 97 or 107?

Conditions are: Lake with winds between 10 - 25 knots, above 15 choppy.

What will be the advantage of a Carbon version versus the Wood-one?
