A forum can be a powerful tool for customer relations.
10 days ago I posted one question in "Ask the team" and one on the same theme in "Kevin's corner". To this day not a single response.
When Ola Helenius was still with StarBoard you could count on getting an initiated reply... FAST.
Now, nothing. How disappointing.
