Default Fitness training for FW

Hi there,

Just wondering if anyone would like to share their view on the importance of fitness training as preparation for the formula windsurfing season.

Are there any specific muscles that needs extra focus and what is the recommended mix between arobic and fitness for an intermediate FW sailor?
